Alessandra Cecconi graduated in 2020 with a master's degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, with a thesis entitled 'Evaluation and management of LNAPL in petroleum hydrocarbon contaminated sites'. In the same year, she continued her academic career with a Ph.D. on the innovative topic of the use of soil gas radon for the identification and quantification of LNAPL in the subsurface.
