How to apply

Students must be Master or Ph.D ones and must be in good academic standing. The number of students admitted to the school is limited. Possible variations of this number will be evaluated with respect to the possibility of improving or increasing the teaching resources available.

The Summer School participation is open to 25 students from LLP partners University and up to a maximum number of 6 students from third Universities. According to the Erasmus IP rules (LLP, Lifelong Learning Programme) 25 scholarships are available reserved to the students of university partners:

  • UNIVERSITY OF NOTTINGHAM
  • WAGENINGEN UNIVERSITY
  • UNIVERSIDAD COMPLUTENSE DE MADRID
  • AGH UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
  • UNIVERSITY OF ROME “TOR VERGATA

The scholarship will cover travel, accommodation, one meal per day and filed visit and cultural activities.

The Summer School Scientific Committee has the authority to select the applicant students and to evaluate the curricula and background qualifications.
Each partner will evaluate the CVs and send the names and contacts of the selected students. The coordinating institution (International Relations Office) will collect all application docs (Application  form, curriculum vitae, letter of presentation, copy of the passport) and provide with the info regarding their staying in Roma.

Admitted participants should expect full-time involvement in the Programme from June 22 to July 5, 2014. A certificate of attendance will be given to all participants who successfully complete the Course.
